Roles and Responsibilities
	- Recruitment & in-time position closure, coordinating for all recruitment related activities.
 
	- Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
 
	- Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances and partner with the Functional Heads/Business Heads in conducting necessary investigations.
 
	- Support the L&D team in conducting training needs assessment for employees across levels.
 
	- Responsible for full Lifecycle of Talent Acquisition.
 
	- Responsible for HRBP role for IT Staff in company.
 
	- Manage employee relationship, labour and government authority relationship.
 
	- Handle basic level legal issues, statutory and audit compliances.
 
	- Managing employee life cycle management, HR operations and business intelligence support.
 
	- Facilitating boarding & Lodging of associates, On-boarding, Attendance management, Payroll processing, Performance management, Exit interviews.
 
	- Periodic reporting & interaction with the senior management of the organization.
 
	- Deriving employee engagement and fun initiatives.
 
	- Conducting periodic employee satisfaction survey.
 
	- Implementation of industry best practices – setting & replicating.
 
	- Ensure continuous pipeline creation for various open positions, identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels/sources and assess candidates to ensure role match, cultural fitment.
 
	- Act as the subject matter expert on recruiting markets, competitive trends, compensation, and other relevant areas.
 
 
Desired Candidate Profile
# Currently must be in similar role managing in any reputed Stock Broking Co. only
# Excellent knowledge of Formula, VBA, V-Look Up, H-Look Up in excel.
