Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Manage the day-to-day HR operations and ensure seamless functioning of assigned HR activities.
  2. Responsible for enabling new user configuration through biometrics, issuance of access card and managing employee leave records
  3. Responsible for updating new employee entry & exit details in ERP system.
  4. Manages employee onboarding and documentation - maintains employee personal files of both the locations at Mumbai.
  5. Handles employee exit management (Process initiation, disabling all the access and maintains employee exit forms.
  6. Manages employee engagement program at floor level, conducts various celebrations and manages purchase related to the same.
  7. Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up.
  8. Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.


  • Education-Bachelor’s Degree
  • Good communication English.
  • Candidate should have 2 plus years of relevant experience into Human resources Operations / Business Partner role.
  • Basic knowledge of Labour law and HR best Practices.
  • Very good MS Excel, PPT & MS word skills.
