To build and drive the FC targets while building competence of coordinators in an assigned states.

Total Experience 3 - 8 years. Should be Graduate / Post graduate / MBA / Diploma in IT / B.E / M.E / Diploma in operation management. Excellent communication , interpersonal and presentation skills. To work strategically by keeping and maintaining organization vision , mission and goals. Good knowledge of Computer and internet surfing savvy. IT Dip / Degree would be great advantage. Team handling and leadership skills. Excellent coordination and execution. To become the mentor for all coordinators and ensure support on time and accurate documentation. Monitoring recruitment report of faculties at state level in coordination with HR. Conducting training and development programs for team members. Responsible for maintaining FC s faculties records , coordination , planning , presentation , evaluation , administration , business development and related activities of respective allotted states. Day to day reporting from state coordinators , keeping the track of the same including data , functioning of centers like attendance , travelling and compilation of reports to CEO. Meeting the deadlines in stipulated time. Monitoring KRA s and performance appraisals on quarterly basis for smooth functioning of FC s. Conducting weekly and monthly meeting with assignment for next month target and achievements. Handling budgeting and expenses and maintain TAT.
