As a Technical Support Executive at MProfit, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Providing online demos and customer support via phone & online for MProfits various software products
• Online technical support & onboarding guidance to be provided to MProfit clients Communication and collaboration with team-members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• As part of the job, you will get a good understanding of financial products, while improving technical & communication skills
• You will receive training of 3 to 6 months by senior MProfit team members for providing technical support and online demos to MProfit clients

Desired Candidate Profile

• Fresher with 0-1 years of experience
• Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
• Excellent communication with fluency in English and Hindi
• BSc IT, MCA or Graduate with excellent academic results with good logical thinking
• Short course in any computer languages such as Java, C++, Web Technologies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word
• Knowledge of multiple languages is an added advantage
