Roles:

 

  • Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
  • Responds to queries either phone or email or in person, run diagnostic programs, isolate problem, and determine and implement solution.
  • Write training manuals, train users, maintain reports etc.
  • Route problems to next level support.
  • Good communication skills, documentation skills, ability to handle end users and situations

 

Requirement:

 

  • Any Graduate
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Helpdesk
  • Immediate to 15 days notice period required
