JOB DETAIL

Position 1: HR Intern (3 - 6 Months)

Position 2: HR Executive ( Require experience of 2-3 years in Recruitment)

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, screening & shortlisting of the candidatures as per the requirement followed by interview co-ordinations
  • Conducting preliminary interview of the applicants, evaluating the competency as per requirement & coordinating for the next functional evaluation
  • Coordinate & manage the on-boarding process
  • Coordinating for Joining formalities
  • Assisting manager in new project.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Willingness to Learn and flexible attitude to stretch as per work requirements
  • Should be able to manage the bulk hiring and work pressure
  • Good communication and Excel Skills
  • Having prior experience in bulk hiring will add advantage
