JOB DETAIL

This job will have to work with the chief accountant in day to day accounting and manage HR functions independently

Roles and Responsibilities

Complete knowledge of day to day accounts and accounting processes

Preparation of vouchers and accounting entries and adjustments, bank reconciliation

All statutory compliance including TDS, TDS returns, preparation of Form 16, GST returns, professional tax returns, ROC compliance

Coordination / followup with various departments / outside parties as required

Invoice preparation

Should have faced auditors for finalization

All bank documentation and work

Petty cash

Internal documentation as needed

Basic administration tasks

With regards to HR, will have to co-ordinate for recruitments and assist in certain internal functions

Any other relevant requirement may be added as required

Desired Candidate Profile

At least 5 years experience in the above. Must be proactive and understanding to the requirement of the job.

Must be able to coordinate and complete jobs at their end to the maximum possible extent.

HR activity is limited and primarily requires coordination and followup for recruitments.

HR experience is not mandatory as long as candidate is open to learn and has good communication skills

Minimum qualification graduation, further education would be a bonus.
