Key Points:
Prepare SOP after assessing and analysis of all managerial job profiles.
Report to CMD on key jobs and evolve profiles and critical SOP of the role.
Mature Sr analytical HR process, PMS driven professional required.
At least 12 years of experience in HR function with an ability to conceptualize articulate and write job profiles and evolve SOP.
Reviewing performance appraisal system of the employees from time to time using the assessment information for the purpose of training, promotions, and incentives etc.

Execution of HR activities and trying to streamline the HR department and the procedures
