Qualifications
Min Graduate from any field, Management degree will be advantage
Good verbal and written communication skills
CTC Budget :- 5.5 Lacs to 8.0 Lacs
Skills & Exposure required
- Should have exposure in Managing min Active 150 to 200 people
- Reporting to Management will be advantage
- Worked on Spine Payroll software
- Should have worked in high Attrition Environment wherein min per month offers of at least 50-70 , and equal or nos of exits/Drop out
