JOB DETAIL

  • Managing complete life Cycle of Employees
  • Induction & On-boarding Process
  • Doing the full and final settlement (Conducting exit interviews of candidates who are resigning. Trying to get constructive feedback for company and trying to implement the corrective measures for them. Issuing relieving letter and letter of experience.)
  • Employee Queries
  • Payroll Management (Attendance & Payroll Management Maintaining attendance & leave records. )
  • Performance Management System ( Assessment of Performance based of paramters given )
  • Employee Engagement introducing new ideas to engage the employees & execute it with the help of Sub-ordinates. Overviewing the whole process.

Qualifications

Min Graduate from any field, Management degree will be advantage

Good verbal and written communication skills

CTC Budget :- 5.5 Lacs to 8.0 Lacs

Skills & Exposure required

  • Should have exposure in Managing min Active 150 to 200 people
  • Reporting to Management will be advantage
  • Worked on Spine Payroll software
  • Should have worked in high Attrition Environment wherein min per month offers of at least 50-70 , and equal or nos of exits/Drop out
