Responsibilities: Supervise core HR activities of 250+ Staff Employee Grievance
Developing , Maintaining and enhancing the organizations human resources by planning , implementing , and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies , programs , and practices.
Maintaining a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending , planning , and implementing pay structure revisions.
Advanced compliance knowledge regarding organization procedures. Strong understanding of System capabilities and application platform. Good knowledge of benefits business.
Intermediate Understanding of Transition Methodology.
End to end Recruitment , grievance handling , salary negotiation skill , data management , joining and leaving formalities.
Manage the recruitment targets of the organization and monitor the Selection process.
