JOB DETAIL

Roles and Responsibilities • Handling recruitment operations activities for the assigned business vertical. • Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, documentation and offer management for all the candidates from all the sources • Maintaining the daily tracker for assigned verticals on candidate progression at various stages like interview, offer, joined stage. • Maintaining great candidate experience by updating the status and progress and feedback. Assisting the candidates in completing the documentation and offer acceptance on the system. • Updating stakeholders on candidate joining status and updating about pipeline of offers and selection. • Checking all the compliance related to recruitment like checking candidates past documentation, education background. • End to end offer management documentation check, cibil scores and raising offer in the system, change in DOJ and updates to operations team. • Vendor Management – Providing timely feedback for the candidates
