JOB DETAIL

5 to 7 years of working in a Manufacturing unit.

Experience of working in Human Resource / Personnel dept. of Manufacturing industry a MUST.

Should have exposure of handling Industrial Relations situations, Unionised manpower, contractual manpower.

Should have hands on experience of man-management, Recruitment, Selection, Wages & Salary Administration, Statutory compliances, Labour laws, Disciplinary action, Performance Management, etc.

Other Skills:

Computer savvy.

Communication and Liaison skills

Knowledge of modern techniques inTime Management, Wage & Salary Administration,

Knowledge of Marathi, both written and speaking

Qualifications

Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management / Labour Studies from a reputed institute. Degree in Law will be an added advantage.

Age: Max 35 Years and YOU MUST BE FROM MUMBAI LOCAL MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND MARATHI.
