JOB DETAIL

Responsibilities :

  • Responsibilities managed in previous organization: tele sales, cold calling, outbound sales, lead generation, managing international leads, Remote web support
  • Technology skills and knowledge of Advance IE Explorer and Chrome, Basic Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
  • Experience working with CRM (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Maintaining Daily reports and
  • Proactive and aptitude for meeting aggressive deadlines

Desired profile:

  • Drive new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and cold-call prospecting (outbound cold calls), leads driven via webinar, email promotions, trade shows / events, web enquiries and phone enquiries and other campaigns
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Identify and close opportunities with existing customers
  • Establish relationship with proactive account management to increase customer contact
  • Facilitate qualified opportunities to the appropriate product / category team specialists for further technical discussions and closure
  • Perform effective online demos if required to prospects
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Participate in ad-hoc sales campaigns, trade shows / events and programs to help generate new prospects / opportunities
