Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide full recruitment life cycle, including but not limited to, sourcing, screening candidates, completing references, and negotiating compensation.
- Sourcing, Searching, Identifying consultants using job boards like Naukri,
- Monster, Linkedin, and Internal Database.
- Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references
- Connect with and follow up with candidates constantly via phone and email; Build talent pools.
- Provide a high standard of candidate experience.
- Work successfully under pressure and pressing deadlines.
- Prioritize the key tasks on day to day basis and focus on critical tasks as needed.
- Experience handling high-volume accounts should be able to handle multiple requirements on a given day.
- 5-10 years of IT Recruitment experience (MUST).
- Must be well versed with Stakeholder management
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Should have the ability to do proactive recruitment, pipeline candidates through various recruiting and social networking sites.
- A desire to deliver the best quality candidate in a high pressured and time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in understanding and better presentation of technical resumes.
