Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive various marketing programs (online and offline) for brand awareness and lead generation in target markets
- Manage and implement email marketing activities database management, newsletters, nurture emails, segmentation
- Manage and create marketing collaterals for different purposes briefing, execution, and distribution
- Manage & keep updated all the digital properties of the company – website, landing pages, product listings
- Drive content marketing activities – design, develop and distribute
- Drive the partner program to leverage industry partnerships
- Leverage automation tools to streamline processes, alerts, and activities
- Maintain and present progress reports, analytics, and key insights of all initiatives
- Work with multiple departments and stakeholders to collect data and implement strategies
- Seamlessly work with team mates to create a collaborative and winning culture
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience (IT, IteS, SaaS, B2B Tech)
- MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing from a reputed institute
- Excellent communications skills – written and spoken
- Global exposure preferred
- Experience with CMS, marketing automation tools, analytics, and social media
- Ability to multi-task, think creatively and self-driven
