JOB DETAIL

Roles and Responsibilities

 

1. Ensuring training, readiness and oversight of partner hospital and staff for starting operations

post MOU signing.

2. Managing day-to-day operations at the Partner hospitals including but not limited to patient

navigation, billing, protocol compliance of all the assigned partner hospitals.

3. Implementing seamless processes at all patient touchpoints to ensure good patient experience.

4. Supportive and Technical supervision of the activities of KareMitra / center managers at the

partner hospitals.

5. Ensuring clear operational workflows / SOPs and data maintenance at all the assigned partner

hospitals. Support quality audits and assessments periodically to ensure that the quality

standards are maintained.

6. Coordinating with the Sales and Marketing to ensure progressive growth in revenue and patient footfall at the centres.

7. Sending daily and weekly operational reports to the reporting manager.

8. Ensuring the operational budget along with financials are monitored and reported on a weekly

basis.

9. Ensuring that the infrastructure, facilities, communication material, drugs and consumables as

required are all adequately maintained at the Hospital.


 

Desired Candidate Profile

 

1. Project management.

2. Working with people internal and external stakeholders.

3. Hospital Administration and management.

4. Planning, budgeting, and monitoring of execution as per budgets.

5. 5 to 7 years of experience.

6. Post Graduate in Hospital Administration or any equivalent degree in healthcare management.
