  • Timely and accurate input of monthly payroll changes, working closely with local teams and HR Ops
  • Review the payroll output and provide a commentary of variances to share with the local payroll approver and global payroll manager for review purposes
  • Remit payroll and other payments ensuring employees and government/other agencies are paid on time
  • Reconciliation of payroll accrual accounts to ensure accurate GL coding and payments
  • Prepare and post month end journal pertaining to payroll
  • Provide data and reports from the payroll system to support local audits


  • Graduate with a degree in Finance/ Accounts.
  • 5 + strong payroll experience is essential as this role will be responsible for payroll for APAC.
  • Note this is not a processing role - this role requires checking the payroll, making adjustments, working with HR/Finance etc.
  • Computer skills: Excel, Payroll Systems, ERP systems
