Timely and accurate input of monthly payroll changes, working closely with local teams and HR Ops
Review the payroll output and provide a commentary of variances to share with the local payroll approver and global payroll manager for review purposes
Remit payroll and other payments ensuring employees and government/other agencies are paid on time
Reconciliation of payroll accrual accounts to ensure accurate GL coding and payments
Prepare and post month end journal pertaining to payroll
Provide data and reports from the payroll system to support local audits
Qualifications
Graduate with a degree in Finance/ Accounts.
5 + strong payroll experience is essential as this role will be responsible for payroll for APAC.
Note this is not a processing role - this role requires checking the payroll, making adjustments, working with HR/Finance etc.
