- Lead multiple technical projects with complexity.

- Lead a team of developers and testers to execute the project(s) from inception to production

- Collaborate with multiple internal Agile teams to execute the projects successfully

- Adept in one or more coding languages & open-source frameworks

- Ability to create distributed systems using micro-services and event driven architecture

- Coach, mentor and lead the developers

- At least 5 years of experience in Product development

- Job specific skills (Good in atleast one frameworkLaravel/Lumen/CodeIgniter/Yii/Symphony), PHP, NodeJS, Angular/React,

- Experience using CICD, Jenkins and Git practices

- Experience in SQL, NoSQL, Redis Databases

- 2-3 years Experience in Nginx, Apache, MySQL, Kafka, Kibana, Logstash, Elasticsearch Optimization for production server

-Experience in Load balancer, Server setup

- At least 2 year of experience with AWS services

- Ability to build Cloud Native applications

- Understanding of AWS services (Rt53, Compute, S3, Lambda, Database)

- Experience of Dockerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

- At least 4 years of people management experience

- Ability to lead & manage teams up to size 10-12
