Job Profile is as below

• Responsible for searching of new Tenders, screening of Tender Documents and analysing the eligibility to participate for the tender.
• Understanding of Tender Document and preparation of Synopsis and sharing with the Management.
• Uploading the tender documents online final submission of tender or bid.
• Responsible for drafting of Proposals for various projects in coordination with other departments.
• Preparation of pre-bid queries and regular follow up with the concern departments.
• Make Quotations, Check- List for all type of tenders
• Preparation of Bid documents and getting it validated by the Management.
• Submission of online Tender document and physical submission (if required).
