1.Understanding customer requirements and design optimized solutions.
2. Technical solution discussion based on existing telecom products.
3. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
4. Deliver solution service and support to end-users using phone call or via remote connection or over the Internet;
5. Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and clients' business;
6. Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations;
7. Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary;
8. Stay current with system information, changes and updates

1. Proper phone etiquette;
2. Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately;
3. Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar;
4. Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment;
