Develop product vision and key-value props for owned areas (strategy & roadmap). Drive alignment and excitement, aligning priorities and executing plans. Lead product development by collaborating with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, business development managers, marketers, and other product leads.
Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including problem definition, product strategy/roadmap, roadmap execution, customer needs, designs, product requirement documents
Ensure accountability with Engineering (Internal/Vendor) on strict adherence to timelines & processes.
Lead connection of technical and business worlds by breaking down complex problems into a roadmap and steps that drive product development.
Understand markets, competition, and products in-depth to create clarity and drive the right set of requirements and specifications.
Anticipate customers' needs and market opportunities to drive improvements. Show empathy for customers, be sensitive to their needs and drive the feature team to deliver a great customer experience. Research and user test prototypes to maximise user satisfaction and performance
Develop, cultivate and share thought leadership in emerging and trending technology areas.
Define success criteria and performance metrics and drive telemetry requirements to measure results. Define, monitor, and analyse metrics for launched products and feed feedback into the product development process.

Required:
4 to 8 years of experience, including product experience, preferably in a fast-paced B2C internet/e-commerce/Edtech company
B- Tech and MBA or equivalent experience (or equivalent industry experience)
