Roles and Responsibilities

What your day would look like:

Write reusable, testable, and efficient code

Engage with cross functional teams like product development, project management, Quality assurance, client success etc to improve the whole lifecycle of services from inception and design, through deployment, operation and maintenance

Support clients for pre deployment activities of product integrations, consulting on Karza products and launch planning.

Maintain the products and services once they are live for the entire Karza clientele by prompt incident closure through issue analysis and resolution within the specified SLAs

Build automated solutions for monitoring product health, operational efficiency and performance/latency.

Continuously provide feedback to product development teams on improvement and operational gaps

Maintain a proactive communication with clients, BD/CS teams and product development teams

Work with product team to build innovative, robust, and easy-to-use features

What you need to work with us:

(MUST HAVES)

Proven experience in software development lifecycle

Good working knowledge of programming in a UNIX/Windows environment

Acquaintance with Python web stacks

Acquaintance with version control systems

Experience in best code deployment practices

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Solid coding experience in C, C++, Java, Python / Django

Experience in Linux

Good working knowledge of design patterns

Problem solving approach with strong communications skills and sense of ownership

Basic scripting skills

Ability to debug code, optimize code and automate routine tasks

(HIGHLY DESIRED)

Knowledge of Amazon Web Services and BOTO SDK

Experience with NoSQL databases

Experience and Qualification:

1-3 years of relevant experience

Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology
