To develop and raise our company profile in our clients across the business and talent acquisition teams.
- Generate sales among client accounts, including identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Operate as a point of contact for assigned customers and key contacts.
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients and build relationships with key individuals.
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
- Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting deadlines.
- Improve customer satisfaction through responsiveness and anticipating customer needs.
- A strong knowledge and understanding of the Banking Financial services industry, captives in particular.
- A knowledge of our client s business and understanding of their competitors.
- Some experience in business development and a track record of building strong relationships.
- At least 8+ years of experience in recruitment with a good performance track record.
