Responsible for performing additional activities such as customer setup, order documents,UCA file collection, etc
Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) standards are met or exceeded. Timeliness and the quality of the SSC Renewal output, among other SLA s will be monitored to ensure standard end-to-end business processes are followed.
Review, research, prioritize and respond to sales, renewals, partners and distributors and customer inquiries related to renewal related topics
Perform daily functions with QAD Values: Drive for Results, Do the Right Thing, Extreme Ownership, Commit to the Team and Challenge the status Quo. Use those values to build strong working relationships across QAD, including deal desk, sales, renewals/customer success, legal, revenue and services team.
Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
2+ years in contract renewal process (i.e. customer order processing) a plus. Experience in Shared Services of a multi-national company preferred
Expert in Google Sheet and other Google Suite, MS Excel. Knowledge of ERP systems, Salesforce CRM, CPQ and any other billing systems.. Ability to quickly learn new applications
Excellent communication and problem solving skills. High energy with strong interpersonal skills when working with cross functional departments. Excellent critical thinking skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
