Coding new features, functionalities
Enhancing existing features
Thorough testing of developed code
Managing development cycle using Git
Proficiency in designing web applications
Working knowledge of the MVC architecture
Experience administering large web applications, Rails or Sinatra
Good working knowledge in HTML, CSS (Bootstrap CSS framework) and JS (jQuery JS library)
Experienced with relational databases (preferably MySQL)
Experience with Redis and Memcache
Good knowledge in Ruby & Git
Experience administering production deployments of Linux (preferably Ubuntu)
Developing automated deployment mechanisms using Git, Capistrano, and Chef
