Position Summary:

Candidate should be willing to travel/field visits to execute a B2B Sales Strategy. Generate Leads for Wechimni worth 4 Lacs per month. Coordinate with the team to meet the team goals before deadlines. Coordination with team members for smooth flow of project. Goal oriented and results driven professional who loves to meet meet people and influence them positively. Set up events and generate Corporate orders.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the project manager and customers for smooth execution of orders

Assisting and supporting all activities in the project. Analyzing risk and opportunities and preparing budgets for activities.

Enthusiastic and inclined towards field visit. Willing to travel and required to be on the field 4 days a week atleast. Has to submit a weekly status report for connects made and progress. Follow through for Lead generation and closures.

Ensuring deadlines are met and tracking daily progress of project.

Stakeholder management and documentation.

Come up with ideas for Marketing Campaigns

Key Skills Required :

Planning, Schduling, Organizing and managing time of daily activities, multitasking ability. Should have great organizational skills

Excellent English Communciation. Candidate must positive attitude and problem solving/handling skills

Ability to prepare flowcharts and schedules according to the action plan

Support the team with departmental team work

Understand and consider the needs and impacts of your own work on others

Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
