JOB DETAIL

We are looking for competitive and trustworthy Sales Executives (20 Nos) for Pune location to help us build our business. The ideal candidates would be motivated, well-organized individuals who have a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

 

 

The incumbents shall be proficient in real estate sales and business development and should have worked in a fast-paced environment, preferably with real estate channel partners, or have managed channel partners for developers or real estate organizations.

 

 

Responsibilities:-

 

 

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

 

 

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

 

 

Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

 

 

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

 

 

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

 

 

Heads up on the Inventory for sales and demonstrations

 

 

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

 

 

Negotiate/close deals and handle objections

 

 

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

 

 

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

 

 

Requirements:-

 

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

 

 

Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi

 

 

Relative knowledge of MS Office desired

 

 

Hands-on experience with CRM software

 

 

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

 

 

Fast learner and passion for sales

 

 

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

 

 

Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

MBA in Marketing or in the relevant field

 

 

Knowledge of real estate market aligned with topography

 

 

Excellent, active listening, negotiation presentation skills

 

 

Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
