JOB DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / SALES MANAGER
Business Development Manager / Responsible for company s success at deals.
Assist sales/marketing team in preparing sales plans or strategies to promote company products.
Analyzing existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities.
Prepare effective proposal, presentations, demonstrations on sales tool on business development opportunities and management.
Conduct competitive product analysis and market research to develop and maintain sales strategy.
Maintain strong relationship with customers for future business growth.
Work with sales teams to achieve targeted business growth.
Coordinate with Regional Sales Head in problem solving, resourcing and budgeting activities.
Attend sales campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows and conferences.
Producing reports for management. Handling CRM activities
He should handle & manage the sales team.
