We are looking for a Senior HR Executive whose role will focus on recruiting, employee engagement, performance management, and overall scale-up of the organization.

 

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Forecasting talent requirements
  • Planning and managing the entire hiring process
  • Implementing effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Planning & managing employee training programs
  • Building a great culture to make the organization a great place to work
  • Building employer branding, attracting great talent and controlling attrition
  • Conceptualizing & driving employee engagement and team-building exercises
  • Working closely with all functions & business units to address employee issues proactively Managing performance review processes
  • Developing fair HR policies and ensuring that employees understand and comply with them

  • Seasoned HR professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience
