JOB DETAIL

Role Skill Set:

- Recruitment, Interview Line-up- right from the start to end which includes from screening of resumes to orientation and issuing letter of appointment

- POSH activity, meetings arrangement and filing amp; process

- Run through to do list and maintain dairy

- Daily and Monthly Attendance Checking: Head Office and all sites

- Office Rounds and checking of all employee s, housekeeping, security, cleaning, grooming, formal dressing, ID card, cabins

- Filling and Documentation Management - All HR and Admin: Maintain filing tracker with code name department, from new joining to till exit formality, f and f, housekeeping, security, third party employees, contract, Investment details, leave from, attendance, loan, form 16, resume bifurcation and filling

- Website and Mail Resume Tracker: Maintain excel sheet and folder as per department, arrange interviews

- Salary Account Opening of ICICI: All employees and new employees

- Monthly Salary Calculation: Maintain Excel Sheet and put all details Attendance, dues, punishment, deduction, loan, add, coordinate with accounts department for tax and income tax, PF - PT - ESIC details

- Statutory Compliance: Coordinate with consultant and accounts team for PF - PT - ESIC challan generation and payments, PF passbook generation of all employees, KYC documentation of all and new employees, previous pending PF work and government notices

- PF Withdrawal Process of EX employees and current employees: As per requirements

- Full and Final Settlements process, exit interview

- Made and Set Forms: Employee profile form, on boarding form, maternity, leaves form, interview form, interview feedback form

- Set Letters: Offer letter, Appointment letters, Mail Feedback of Job application, Salary slip format

- Set and Control Humin App and Biometrics on all Sites and Head office

- Coordinate with Accounts Department amp; Distribution of Form 16 of all after end of financial year

- Monthly and Yearly Team Player Award Management of all department: Planning, nomination, selection, routed trophy, photo printing, all celebration.

- Recruitment Firms Management: Set and share current openings, role and responsibilities time to time, solved queries of consultant
