Major role:

  • To attend and resolve customer complaints.
  • To do the installation as per schedule.
  • To ensure correctness of the instruments.
  • To abide with annual maintenance contract.
  • To collect, analyse customer feedback and identify, initiate appropriate actions.
  • Receive the Customer Complaint by phone call, visits, emails etc.
