JOB DETAIL

The Role

  • Supporting SharePoint environment with client request and requirements.
  • Understanding the issues/queries properly to resolve with utmost satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in SharePoint level 2/3 support
  • Knowledge of application support and maintenance tools like Remedy, Zendesk, ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of ITIL process incident priority 1/2 tickets, service request and change request process
  • Experience with agile, waterfall software development processes
  • Experience implementing code analysis tools like SonarQub
  • Excellent communication skills, including client-facing abilities
