Position Summary

We are seeking a high-energy SaaS Sales Executive who can find, nurture and close software license deals with USA bases customers with revenues in the $200+ million range. We are looking for a self-starter who will initially be responsible for hunting and closing deals, and in the immediate term creating a team of additional hunters. The AE will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process, with support from Codifyds USA and India teams.

 

Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales process from finding leads, identifying opportunities to contract execution
  • Consult with prospective clients to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of Codifyd’s Amaze Platform
  • Work closely with Product engineering to relay market feedback and help optimize product-market fit
  • Serve as technical advisor through the entire sales process, using technical knowledge to ensure needs are being met, understanding and being able to demonstrate functionality
  • Develop a scalable, repeatable sales process
  • Hire, train, deploy – expand the Sales team.

 

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated success in selling SaaS software to large US based companies $250 million to $5 billion +
  • Strong hunter attitude and work-ethic with the ability to strategically prospect and identify key stakeholders within Fortune 2000 companies.
  • Self-starter with a “get stuff done” attitude who can work with minimal supervision.
  • 8 years+ experience as a Sales Manager, or in other sales/implementation role
  • The drive and energy to handle multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
  • Enthusiastic, engaged and passionate about sales and the tech industry
  • Working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is required
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • The ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, experience working in a startup environment!
