Main responsibilities:

1. Work on complete authorizations project life cycle, from design to delivery of the said project.
2. Convert business requirements to technical deliveries.
3. Drive Initiatives within IM and Business.
4. Solution designing, best practices and process changes along with business.
5. Process alignments for SAP access provisioning, SAP access removal and SAP role changes. Define, design and drive compliance and governance processes within SAP. Professional Skills:

Technical Requirements:

1. Desired Candidate should have a graduate degree in any discipline with 10+ years of experience in SAP Security and SAP GRC with very good understanding /skills in SAP ECC, SAP Fiori, S/4 HANA, SAP Solution Manager and CUA Authorizations concepts, Roles, Profiles and User Administration.
2. Should be able to interact with business and handle projects on his/her own.
3. Resource with technical skills, effective communication skills, working SAP functional knowledge (RTR, OTC PTP) and who understands and responds to the business needs with solutions. He/she needs to have knowledge about SoX compliance, SoDs and audit requirements.
4. He/she should also have the working understanding on overall Identity and Access management principles at organization level and not only at SAP level.
5. Experience in New Dimensional Solutions like HANA DB, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud would be preferred.
6. Should have worked on complete authorizations project life cycle, from design to delivery of the project.
7. Creating solutions designs and delivering the same.
8. Experience in SAP best practices and process changes from SAP compliance and governance perspective.
9. Expert skills and understanding on the SoD concept, Risk Management and Mitigation processes
10. Define, design and Drive compliance and governance processes within SAP/ Major Platforms. 6. Experience in SAP GRC Access control and in-depth knowledge in all modules. SAP GRC Process control experience (preferred)
11. Good knowledge on LDAP integrations with GRC.
12. Experience in Compliance, Audits and Risk Management.
13. GRCP/CISA/ SAP GRC certifications would be added Advantage.
14. Strong expertise in SAP Security and SAP GRC 10+ years experience in SAP Security implementation, upgrade, release and roll outs and Support projects.
15. Experience in Audits, SoX compliance, Sod Remediation and Mitigation controls.
16. Experience in project and change management.
17. Experience in Define, Design and Drive compliance and governance processes within organization.
18. Experience in Identity and Access Management Experience in New Dimensional Solutions S/4 HANA, HANA DB, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud would be preferred.
