Expect your time breakdown to be roughly: 30% Scenario & Business Requirement Definition, 40% Detailed Requirement Analysis & 20% collaboration with all key stakeholders and 10% with Architecture Team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide vision and solutions to upgrade the existing and new products for effective and efficient user usage.
- Evaluate and implement new initiatives on Process Improvement and Technology Initiatives.
- Work with Business Product Managers to prioritize requests/features across multiple product lines. Developed epics, stories, planned sprints, served as Product Owner in scrum, etc.
- Managed changes to baseline requirements through effective application of change control processes and tools.
- Conduct the analysis of complex business problems and processes to translate Business Requirements into Functional specifications and system use cases.
- Support team on Integration of frontend application (IPOS) with Life back-end system
- Collaborate with technical lead and the business to develop both high-level and detailed application architecture to meet business needs.
- Documenting future Process Flows, and Data Flows.
- Create BRS as needed and track the requirements and link it to the test cases.
- Conduct Grooming sessions with Internal and external stakeholders.
- Should have experience in Agile.
Qualifications & Knowledge:
Must Have
- UG: B. Tech/B.E. Computers / BA / BSc Or PG: M. Tech/MCA/MS/M.Sc. Computers.
- 10 - 15 years of overall IT experience with above 6 years of Business Analyst experience
- Good understanding of business processes and best practices.
- Must have worked on Agile methodologies.
- Good planning and research skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Proficient with MS Project or any other project management tools, MS-Word, MS-Excel, Flow Charting tools.
- Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills with engineering groups, operations groups, customers, suppliers, and contractors.
- A self-managed individual who is a team player and open to new ideas to facilitate continuously Improvement.
Nice to Have:
- QA experience.
- Experience in End User Testing (UAT).
- Experience in Production, Field Support & Training.
- Participation in Application Design Sessions.
- JIRA.
