Key Responsibilities
Module designing, programming, unit testing and Integration testing
Guiding junior resources technically during implementation/ testing
Quality management of own as well as junior resources work
Review of code, documents and test cases
R & D of new technologies for product enhancements/ improvements

E ssential Skills
Crystal reports Server XII, PL/ SQL with Oracle 11g/ 12c
Jasper reports, JReport or knowledge of any other Java based reporting server
Analytical and problems solving abilities
Proactive in solving the issues
Proactive in learning new skills
Process adherence
Good presentation skills
