Our Global Service Centers are an integral part of Global Operations. Employees based here manage day-to-day customer transactions and processes for global businesses. This may include transactions for any of our line of businesses such as Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Global Private Banking or Global Banking & Markets.

We are looking for a recruiter with full cycle recruitment experience, who will attract & hire the best talent for the organization. This is an individual contributor role and will partner with some of our key stakeholders across line of businesses

What youll do:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current & future hiring needs
  • Network & build relationship with both internal & external stakeholders.. thereby ensuring that we act as trusted talent advisor for our hiring managers, employees & key stakeholders
  • Develop and update job descriptions, in conjunction with the hiring manager
  • Prepare & implement sourcing strategy
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment collate data and present market intelligence where applicable
  • Screen candidate applications, schedule & conduct structured interviews by adhering to recruiting & selection guidelines
  • Assess applicants relevant domain knowledge, soft skills, competencies, overall experience & aptitude
  • Maintain & update candidate database using ATS and candidate management system
  • Qualify candidates through the HR interview process, negotiate compensation & benefits, make recommendation to hiring managers and close on candidate offer
  • Manage pre & post offer formalities for all selected candidates
  • Adhere to recruitment SLAs; ensuring delivery within timelines; monitor cost per hire and overall spend
  • Act as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the entire selection process – provide world class candidate experience
  • Monitor, manage & report risk. Ensure HR compliance & internal controls are adhered to
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to extended HR teams & business stakeholders
  • Implement best practices for recruitment, look at opportunities to improve processes and use technology to provide a faster & simpler hiring experience
