Position Overview:
This will be a critical role providing extensive Recruiting solutions and strategy to assigned division/department of the firm.
Location:Mumbai (Malad)
What Youll Be Doing;
- Own full recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and offer process.
- Build a diverse pipeline of technical candidates using creative sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience.
- Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed.
- Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come.
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
- What We Look for In You;
- 2 - 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally from product org / Start ups or high-growth tech environment.
- BE/B.Tech or Graduate in Any stream
- Experience in hiring for IT & Non IT preferred B2B space.
- Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans. •
- Passion and understanding of technology as well as digital currency.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Have research experience and Proven track record of successfully delivering against goals within a given deadlines
- Strong Talent Sourcing experience across geographies
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

- Creative and willing to try new ideas • Knowledgeable about Talent acquisition/HR practices;
- Service-oriented, with proven project management and organizational skills
- Possessing advanced Excel skills (including expert knowledge in using macros etc.)
- Strong in analytical skills, with the ability to review and present analytics to influence decisions
- Detail-oriented, with proven ability to deliver analysis, and reports
