JOB DETAIL

Position Overview:

This will be a critical role providing extensive Recruiting solutions and strategy to assigned division/department of the firm.

Location:Mumbai (Malad)

What Youll Be Doing;

  • Own full recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and offer process.
  • Build a diverse pipeline of technical candidates using creative sourcing channels.
  • Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience.
  • Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed.
  • Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come.
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
  • What We Look for In You;
  • 2 - 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally from product org / Start ups or high-growth tech environment.
  • BE/B.Tech or Graduate in Any stream
  • Experience in hiring for IT & Non IT preferred B2B space.
  • Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans. •
  • Passion and understanding of technology as well as digital currency.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Have research experience and Proven track record of successfully delivering against goals within a given deadlines
  • Strong Talent Sourcing experience across geographies
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Creative and willing to try new ideas • Knowledgeable about Talent acquisition/HR practices;
  • Service-oriented, with proven project management and organizational skills
  • Possessing advanced Excel skills (including expert knowledge in using macros etc.)
  • Strong in analytical skills, with the ability to review and present analytics to influence decisions
  • Detail-oriented, with proven ability to deliver analysis, and reports
