Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed, clear requirements that can be used to create product specifications

documents and architecture design of the product

2. Plan, document and execute all phases of the project lifecycle, including scope

management, requirements management, work breakdown schedule and timeline

management

3. Maintain project timelines, budget estimates and status reports of product development

and product testing activities by coordinating with the software development vendor.

4. Use project management tools to track project performance

5. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using

appropriate verification techniques

6. Mentor and guide the product team to deliver high-impact results

7. Communicate clearly and effectively with different functional groups, software developers,

business owners, and senior business leaders

 

About the Candidate:

1. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of B2B and B2B2C e-commerce

marketplace platforms for B2B customers management, sellers management, orders

management, deliveries management, products cataloging, website merchandising, CRM,

business analytics, etc.

2. Experienced in technical product development lifecycle management and cloud servers

DevOps management with at least 8 - 12 years of work experience

3. Experience with or demonstrable knowledge of agile product management

4. Entrepreneurial spirit, with track record of building & shipping high quality enterprise

products

5. Comfortable in working in a fast-moving and demanding environment and one who is

open to new challenges

6. Seeks out ways to automate and simplify manual processes in order to improve

productivity

7. Passionate about their work, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving

abilities

8. Thinks differently and is a go-getter
