  • Job Description-Technical Support :

    Troubleshoot software problems for Avenues clients. Being part of the Avenues Tech Support team means that you will interacts extensive with Indian and international clients to solve technical queries. We are looking for the best of the best to provide our clients with technical support, as we believe that excellent support is essential for every successful Solution.

    Requirements :

  • B.SC (IT), BCA
  • Knowledge of basic Html & Scripting Languages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of cross platforms viz. ASP, JSP, JSP sockets, NET for integration
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Male candidate (should be comfortable with day and nigh shift)

    Female candidates (only day shift, there will be no night shift)

  • Bond- 2 Years (Mandate)

    Responsibilities :

  • Solve technical queries of local and international clients through email, live chat and telephone
  • Basic Database querying
  • Co-ordination with all Avenues Bank Partners
  • Provide technical support for account integration
  • On-site and off-site product training for clients
