Responsible for enrolment of Dr/Customers over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships

• Must be comfortable presenting services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts
• Enter and update Dr/customer information in the database
• Keep records of calls and note useful information
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems (Internal training will be provided)

Qualifications: Science Graduate Work Experience: Experience as a Tele-caller or similar (Min.1 year) will be an added advantage
