Listening to the customers needs to generate repeat sales.
Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and feedback and testimonials on products.
Keeping up to date on all new product releases and sharing about them with the users
Addressing the concerns and grievances of the users on the platform Meeting sales quotas and goals. Should be comfortable to do multiple calls in a day. Good in sales conversions and target oriented
Make target Outbound calls as per the leads received from support teams (Marketing, Admin-support).
Requirements communication skills (Verbal and written). (Fluency in English and Hindi) Telesales and Ed tech background will be recommended.
Creative thinking skills.
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
Good sales ability.
Working knowledge of relevant computer software. Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
