- Trainee - Business Process Transformation Engineer: The Trainee - BPT Engineer will be responsible for understanding, and diagrammatizing, the current work processes, workflows and associated systems; utilizing Agile practices and Lean techniques; and to optimize, customize and automate the workflows, and thus reducing variability within a given process, increasing predictability and productivity, along with with overall enhancements in the quality of products and services; with a zeal for continual improvements, processes automations, and customer delight.
- Trainee Product Specialist: The Trainee Product Specialist will be part of the product-focused, and customer facing, teams; and would be responsible for supporting the market research, mapping requirements to products roadmaps, and distinguishing between productized features and custom requisites for specific customer/industry. Engage with customers, and the technology/operations teams, to refine/articulate the requirements, and support documentations, for making it easier for the development teams to develop, and for customers to feel assured of the alignments. Also, support preparing responses for request for proposals, and build content from extending market/product perspectives to internal teams. The main objective will be to ensure customer delight with world class products and services.
- Trainee - Application & Production Support Engineer: The Application & Production Support Engineer acts as the main point of contact for technical issues and works collaboratively with software development, and quality teams, to facilitate problem solving. - Trainee - Build & Release Engineer (DevOps): The Trainee - Build and release engineer will be responsible for supporting and ensuring timely software releases for the organization, may track the software implementation process from development to execution, and will program nightly builds, perform static code analysis, and assist in new software version releases. May also support to create and execute programming scripts utilized during software build, release and deployment, and provide support for software configuration management (SCM) tools. The Build and Release Engineer is involved with supporting the development, management, and enhancement of Mobileware DevOps Process. He/she will maintain the existing build and release system and the entire infrastructure around it, and will identify enhancement opportunities to drive continual improvements This role is critical in ensuring continuous build, continuous Testing and deployment.
- Trainee - Software Engineer: The candidate will be part of a talented Mobileware software team that works on mission-critical applications. Developing our products offers a range of challenging tasks, as they combine high availability with efficient data management in the banking/payment space. The Trainee Software Engineer is responsible for supporting the design, development, enhancement and testing of software applications.
- Trainee - L&D Specialist: This role is a developing role evolving in to a high impact L&D Specialist role focussing on instructional design, building L&D content, and consulting with experts to support employee development. Qualifications & Shortlist criteria:
- Candidates with a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar (2022 batch passouts only). For certain positions candidates pursuing BCA, BVoc in Software Development or BSC in Data science may also apply.
- Experience of 3 to 6 months would be preferred (including any relevant internship/extracurricular project experience)
- Graduate students with a minimum grade of 50% throughout academics
- Should be a resident of Mumbai and/or willing to relocate to Mumbai
- WFH until lockdown hence system and internet availability are preferred
- For the Application & Production Support profile, male candidates are preferred and willingness to work in rotational shifts is essential
