Your key responsibilities will be:
	- Stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
- Engage work with key internal and external stakeholders
- Able to negotiate and close the offers. Actively involved in the Talent Acquisition process and take overall responsibility for the hiring activity and campaigns
- Employee Engagement and Initiatives- Improve Morale, productivity effectiveness
- Employee Retention- Strategies to improve employee retention
- Understand the business and its challenges to help address the organization and peoples need
- Planning and executing HR initiatives
- Training development-training need analysis, Onboarding induction
- Adept in talent management and providing inputs based on organizations needs
- Ensure that policies, actions comply to Statutory regulations by government / non-government bodies.
- Manage, Own and Maintain all communication and records required for Statutory compliances
- Work in close coordination with the payroll team
- Ensure timely audit closure
- Train, mentor and work on HR best Practices in the industry
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Responsible for the Exit process
About You
	- 6-8 years of experience as HRBP
- Masters in human resources/ MBA or any related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good MS Office skills
- Must be flexible
- Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects simultaneously
- Ability to work at all levels - Strategic, operational, and tactical
- Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward
- Good in documentations reporting
