Responsibilities

• Lead a team of campaign production professionals, ensuring we are aligned with best practices

• Be the center of excellence for all production related product offerings

• Ensure the team has the tooling and training needed to be successful and provide best in class services

• Work with the product team closely as new features are rolled out and update best practices accordingly

• Own work allocation for the team, ensuring all tickets are completed within their SLA s

• Be the escalation point for any issues and help to resolve them quickly

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience

• Solid foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS and JQuery required

• Bachelor s degree or successful completion of a reputable Coding Bootcamp or similar level of programming knowledge

• Passion for digital marketing and understanding of email concepts, design and best practices

• Experience with Jira, monday.com or other project management tools preferred

• Experience with a major email services provider a plus (ESP)

• Experience working with a global team
