Description: The Tech Lead is a part of the product engineering team and is responsible for the contributing and review of technical design. The Tech Lead will work together with the Project Manager, business stakeholders and development team to deliver the CX1 platform.
Tasks:
- Interact with the business stakeholder and create technical artifacts.
- Design and code large scale solution using the technology stack.
- Work closely with Project Manager for the roadmap deliverables
- Mentor the development team and act as a technical guide
- Remove any technical roadblock the team faces
- Conduct code review for the team and ensure business logic and quality is not compromised
- Enforce high coding standard practice in the team
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Communication to the stakeholders including leadership team

Detailed Work Activities:
- Architect and design solution for modules/application based on the technical specifications. Design complete solution including database, backend and UI. It is an individual contributor role, but sometimes might have to lead a team. Look into the performance efficiency of the system.
- Prepare for Production deployment and readiness.
- Be a role model for the team and meet the timelines without compromising the quality
- Work with Project Manager for the Release Management and adherence of the process as set by the Company
Qualifications & skills required:
Job Zone :
- Education: Any Degree with computer background.
- Related Experience: 4 6 Years of product development experience.
- Job Training: Training on application, code structure, architecture & Solr.
Technology Skills:
- Database management system software Oracle, MySQL
- Development environment software (Mandatory) Eclipse IDE ,Apache Maven, SVN
- Linux, Jenkins (Nice to have)
- Object or component oriented development software (Mandatory) J2EE, (Spring-MVC, JPA, Spring Core), Hibernate, REST Web services
- Web platform development software JQuery, AJAX, AngularJS, JavaScript
Knowledge:
- Design Knowledge of design techniques
- English Language Verbal and written communication should be good
