Pivotree is looking for an experienced Web Specialist who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment. This full-time Web Specialist is required to join our rapidly growing team. This specialist will support our relaunch of our corporate website to reflect our growing company and recent acquisitions. Our new website will be a major focus this year and a key part of our overall growth strategy. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Word Press experience: building pages and populating them with web ready imagery 
  • Social media design skills - photoshop, illustrator, canva
  • Manage content updates on the Wordpress hosted Pivotree website including the resource center, blog, and build new landing pages, demo pages, as needed.
  • Troubleshoot all technical issues across our website. 
  • Drive SEO in content creation and programming by collaborating with editorial and marketing teams
  • Search for opportunities to optimize website architecture content linking and other factors in the interest of improving SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
  • Support marketing managers when needed in email template creation, email signatures and other digital assets. 
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and on-page and off-page optimization across our web properties.
  • Forecast, measure and report on website key metrics, organic traffic, ranking positions, dwell time, return visits and provide and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Execute tests collect and analyze data and results identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track report and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Conduct owned and competitor site, page audits and analyses to ensure SEO best practice compliance and to benchmark performance to inform strategies and tactics that will help us out-rank and win against competitors.
  • Ensure accessibility requirements on the Pivotree website are being met.
  • Ongoing monitoring of page speed to ensure A ranking. 

Qualifications for

  • 3 - 5 years experience
  • Web designing using Photoshop /Flash / CorelDRAW /Dreamweaver / Illustrator / CSS3 and HTML5, CANVA.
  • web management/developer focused role with a proven track record of successfully planning, testing, executing and optimizing digital properties.
  • Working knowledge of Wordpress is required. 
  • HTML/CSS working knowledge is required. 
  • 2+ years experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns 
  • Experience using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush or similar. 
  • Understanding of the customer user journey and how to optimize the UI/UX experience 
  • Proven track record of increasing SEO traffic and optimizing web conversion rates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, slack, etc.) 
  • Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
  • Collaborative and experienced working with multiple stakeholders across the company such as product, HR, etc. 
  • Highly organized, results and process driven, and know how to use data to make strategic decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of latest web  trends and best practices
  • Nice to have an eye for web design!
