We are looking for Associate Support Executive for Nagpur Location !!
 

JOB RESPOSIBILITIES :
 

- Customer Interaction concerning various issues as per company standards and procedures.

- Understand customer queries in detail.

- Receiving, analyzing and responding to customer queries regarding company product and
services.

- Escalate unresolved customer request, pass on to higher departments for further analysis and
clarification.

- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints and queries.

- Ensuring customer delightment at all times.

MANDATORY SKILLS :
