Roles & Responsibilities

1. To develop solution design and lead clients throughout the implementation and support phases.

2. Documentation & deploying ERP at client place and also to discuss solutions with clients to limit the requirements so that projects can be completed on time

3. To analyze and solve complex client issues.

4. Perform daily activity reporting according to plans and schedules.

5. Engage in project coordinating, team leading, and implementing ERP modules.
