  • Rightly explain the knowledge of the Internet, website, and market competitors
  • Demonstrates adept knowledge of email applications
  • Excellent customer support skills, including owning a good focus on the customer issues in the fast-growing environment
  • Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a varied client base
  • Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation
  • Able to work overtime as needed - as much as 60 hours a week
